*NEW PATIENTS PLEASE CALL TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT

1.  Prepare Your Medical History

Bring a list of your current medications, allergies, and any relevant medical records or past wound treatments.  If you've seen other providers for the wound, bring any notes or test results you have.  This helps our team understand your health background and tailor your care effectively.

2.  Keep the Wound Covered

Unless directed otherwise, keep your wound clean, covered, and undisturbed before your appointment.  Avoid applying any creams, ointments, or home remedies right before your visit so the wound can be properly assessed by our specialists.

3.  Wear Comfortable, Accessible Clothing

Choose clothing that makes it easy for the care team to access the wound area.  For example, if your wound is on your leg, shorts or loose pants can help the exam go more smoothly and comfortably.
